1. Our Role

Our Role: We are the controller of your data. This means we have the right to decide how we process your personal information and what purposes we use your information for.

2.5 It is important to note that separate device information or service logs cannot identify a specific natural person. 2.9 Exceptions to obtaining authorization and consent: You fully understand and agree that, in the following circumstances, we do not need your authorization and consent to collect and/or use your personal information, and we may not respond to your requests for correction/modification, deletion, cancellation, withdrawal of consent, and request for information:

2.9.1 Where it relates to national security and defense security;

2.9.2 Where it relates to public security, public health and significant public interests;

2.9.3 Where it relates to judicial or administrative enforcement such as criminal investigation, prosecution, trial, and enforcement of judgment;

2.9.4 Where it is for the purpose of safeguarding the life, property, and other significant legitimate rights and interests of you or other parties, but it is unfeasible to obtain your own consent;

2.9.5 Where the personal information is disclosed by you to the public;

2.9.6 Where the personal information is collected from legally and publicly disclosed information, such as legitimate news reports, government information disclosure, and other channels.

2.9.8 Where it is necessary for maintaining the secure and stable operation of the products and/or services we provide, such as identifying and fixing faults in products and/or services;

2.9.10 Where it is necessary for research institutions to carry out statistic analysis or academic research based on public interests and the information contained in the results is de-identified when the results of academic research and description are made available to the public;

3. How We Use Your Information

3.1 We will keep your personal data up to date; store or dispose of your data securely; minimize the collection and retention of data we need to provide you with our services; protect your personal information from leakage, misuse, unauthorized access and disclosure; and take appropriate technical measures to protect the security of your personal information.

When we share your personal sensitive information or our affiliates change the use and processing purpose of your personal information, we will get your consent in advance again.

4.4 Sharing with authorized partners: We may authorize our authorized partners to provide you with certain services or perform our duties on our behalf. We will only share your information for legitimate, proper, necessary, specific and explicit purposes stated herein, and our authorized partners shall only have access to the information necessary for duty performance and shall not use such information for any other purposes.

8.3 In the event that you are not satisfied with our reply, in particular, you believe that our processing activities prejudice your legitimate rights and interests, you may also seek a solution by filing a lawsuit with the competent court in our location.
