1. Our Role

2.9.1 Where it relates to national security and defense security;
2.9.2 Where it relates to public security, public health and significant public interests;
2.9.3 Where it relates to judicial or administrative enforcement such as criminal investigation, prosecution, trial, and enforcement of judgment;
2.9.4 Where it is for the purpose of safeguarding the life, property, and other significant legitimate rights and interests of you or other parties, but it is unfeasible to obtain your own consent;

3. How We Use Your Information
